Can you try to delete geotools.jar in plugins directory and try again?

comment:3 Changed 2 years ago by anonymous

I could not delete file geotools.jar because is not in directory (%APPDATA%/Roaming/JOSM/plugins)

comment:4 Changed 2 years ago by Don-vip

OK, then can you try to disable it, then download it again?

comment:5 Changed 2 years ago by anonymous

Yes, I did it before to make this ticket and it did not work.
Thank to your comment about library folder, an idea pop up into my head, trying to download the jar directly an put it into the folder. I do not remember where I got the file from (github probably) but it worked!!
So, the problem I think is getting the file, not loading the file itself.

any news on this issue?

It is very likely related to a network problem. This is hard to reproduce. Did it happen again?
