lit on suspicious object, again

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create element with [amenity=fountain; lit=no] - like ​https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/271154988
2. run validator

What is the expected result?

Nothing

What happens instead?

"lit on suspicious object" is reported

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I never encountered case where "lit on suspicious object" was triggered and it had a legitimate complaint.
