Download area status not preserved when moving node

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. download a way with at least one node outside download area
2. move the node within download area
3. delete node

What is the expected result?

A warning about deleting an incomplete downloaded node similar to the existing one when outside download area

What happens instead?

No warning

I would not call this a defect. As long as the node is not referenced by other ways there is no problem at all.
If it is referenced you'll get a conflict on upload.
You get a similar conflict if you download some data, remove a node inside the download area and try to upload if another mapper
created a new way using this node.
