Description
The new page Help/Dialog/NotesDialog should be moved to Help/Dialog/Notes. All other Help/ToggleDialogs do also not repeat the word "dialog" (except Help/Dialog/ChangesetListDialog which should maybe moved aswell to Help/Dialog/ChangesetList).

But why repeat the word "Dialog" in the name of the wiki page when it is already in the path Help/Dialog/NotesDialog ? We also do not use Help/Action/InfoAboutElementsAction, but Help/Action/InfoAboutElements In my opinion consistency in naming wiki pages is more useful.

I agree with Klumbumbus we should have consistent wiki pages. Almost all toogle dialog pages do not repeat "Dialog" at the end of their name.

I have moved the Notes dialog page without redirection, as the page was still quite new.

And now the changeset dialog, but with a redirection, as all old versions of JOSM still point to this page.

No, we should try to use CamelCase, that is why I did move to Help/Dialog/NotesDialog as I thought I am fast enough with this new page. Guess I was not, see #10858. This is also the reason why I did not move longtime established pages, so far.
