Disconnecting nodes from way could be easier

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. select a way
2. add some nodes to the selection
3. accidentally add some nodes that aren't part of the way to the selection
4. press Alt+J / disconnect node from way

What is the expected result?
all selected nodes get disconnected from the selected way. nodes that weren't connected to that way should just be ignored.

What happens instead?
I get a warning message: "selected nodes can not be disconnected from anything"

Why is this a problem?
In big selections it can be quite hard to find the unconnected node(s). also: having to be careful about not selecting extra nodes slows down the work flow.

fix #10396 - Disconnecting nodes from way could be easier

• Ignore non-connected nodes
• When exactly one way is selected, ignore nodes non-connected to this way
• Replace message dialog by notification.
• Add test case
